Who is eligible for housing?

United Living Solutions is designed for independent adult men seeking structured, shared housing in a sober and predictable environment. Residents must be able to manage daily living independently and follow house rules, expectations, and community standards.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Residents must be adult men age 25+.
We do not house minors.

Is income required to move in?

Yes. Residents must have a verified income or payment source, such as SSI/SSDI, VA benefits, employment income, or approved third-party payment arrangements.

Do you provide meals or groceries?

No. Residents are responsible for purchasing and preparing their own food.

Do you offer transportation?

No. Transportation is not provided. Public and community transportation information may be available for reference

Do you provide case management, treatment or supervision?

No. United Living Solutions is a housing program only. We do not provide treatment services, case management, supervision, or clinical care.

Is the home drug- and alcohol-free?

Yes. All housing is alcohol- and drug-free, with zero tolerance for use.

Can agencies tour the home?

Yes — agencies may request a tour ONLY when the home is empty (before opening).
To protect privacy and safety, tours are not conducted when residents are living in the home. A Virtual Home Tour is available directly on our website for agencies and clients.
